Instructions
- 山藥洗淨,削皮切塊;枸杞、紅棗洗淨備用
- 燒一鍋清水加米酒,去除血水
- 將薑及川燙過的排骨炒香,加入水煮至水滾
- 再加入山藥、紅棗、枸杞,慢煮30分鐘,最後加入鹽巴調味
