藥材
- 10 顆 蓮子
- 10 公克 枸杞
- 5 錢 茯神
- 3 顆 紅棗
- 1 兩 酸棗仁
- 1 兩 黨蔘
Instructions
- 蓮子洗淨泡軟,紅棗洗淨泡軟去核,將1000cc的水注入鍋中煮開,放入所有材料,用大火煮10分鐘後改小火熬煮1小時
Notes
- 黑米可以選擇免浸泡黑米快速有方便
- 烹煮時,記得要時常攪拌以免燒焦
