• 300 公克 豬絞肉
• 150 公克 娃娃菜

副食材

• 80 公克 洋蔥
• 20 公克 蒜頭
• 5 公克 薑
• 20 公克 青蔥
• 30 公克 花瓜
• 1 個 蛋

調味料

• 10 公克 米酒
• 10 公克 蠔油
• 20 公克 玉米粉
• 50 公克 麵包粉
• 10 公克 醬油

Instructions

 

• 烤箱預熱20分鐘。娃娃菜先切對半，洗淨
• 將豬絞肉及洋蔥碎、蒜頭碎、薑碎、蔥碎、花瓜碎混合拌勻，再加入所有調味料混合均勻後，用力摔打15下，搓圓型放上烤盤，烤12分鐘。
• 熱鍋倒入橄欖油，加入娃娃菜、蒜頭片炒香，在再倒入少許米酒、醬油煮一下，將烤好的肉丸放入鍋內後加水，燒煮至入味，起鍋前入少量玉米粉加水調和倒入鍋內勾芡即可。

Notes

1. 有別於一般煎炸的方式。獅子頭使用烤箱，不但減少油膩感，更增加香氣❗
2. 摔打用意為使肉更有彈性，增加口感。
