- 4 公克 橄欖油
Instructions
- 茭白筍洗淨切條備用

- 燒水一鍋,滾後加入切好的茭白筍,清燙約30秒,撈出放入烤盤,加入橄欖油和XO醬拌勻烤約8分鐘,取出烤好的茭白筍,裝盤完成

Notes
- 烤箱預熱220度10分鐘。
