- 120 公克 貢菜
副材料
- 12 公克 蒜頭
- 16 公克 黑芝麻
調味料
- 4 公克 橄欖油
- 2 公克 鹽巴
Instructions
- 將貢菜請淨切段,蒜頭洗淨切末備用。
- 燒一鍋滾水加入鹽巴將貢菜燙熟後撈起,沖涼水後放入冰塊水後冰鎮保持脆度口感。
- 撈起後擰乾放入蒜頭、黑芝麻、橄欖油拌勻後,即可裝盤完成。
