
香炒芝麻菜心
材料
主材料
- 160 公克 菜心
調味料
- 20 公克 芝麻醬
- 2 公克 鹽巴
- 4 公克 橄欖油
Instructions
- 菜心洗淨削皮後,切成圓片狀,熱水川燙1分鐘後浸冰水,備用。
- 中火熱鍋加油,由熱加入菜心拌炒變軟加入鹽巴拌炒入味之後關火。
- 加入芝麻醬拌炒勻,裝盤完成。
