• 120 公克 海茸

副材料

• 4 公克 薑
• 2 公克 蒜
• 1 公克 辣椒
• 4 公克 九層塔

調味料

• 4 公克 橄欖油
• 1 公克 鹽巴
• 2 公克 蠔油

Instructions

 

• 海茸洗淨切段後泡水，薑洗淨後切絲，蒜頭洗淨後切末，辣椒洗淨切片備用。
• 熱鍋倒入油，放入蒜末、辣椒爆香，將海茸放入鍋中拌炒至軟，加入鹽巴、蠔油後繼續拌炒至入味。
• 轉小火燉煮約10分鐘收乾湯汁，起鍋前加入九層塔，關火裝盤完成。
