Instructions

 

• 冬粉泡水，蒜頭洗淨切末，蔥洗淨切末備用。
  
• 熱鍋加油熱後，加入豬肉末拌炒至色澤變白炒散，加入調味料炒勻，加入水燉煮後加入冬粉小火慢煮收乾湯汁。
  
• 收乾湯汁關火，裝盤完成。
