
牛蒡蛤蜊雞湯

- 鍋具
材料
主食材
- 120 公克 雞腿肉
- 0.5 支 牛蒡
- 15 顆 蛤蜊
調味料
- 8 片 薑片
- 10 毫升 米酒
Instructions
- 蛤蠣清洗乾淨,放入水中加入少許鹽吐沙,老薑切片,牛蒡去皮切片備用
- 雞腿肉洗淨並燙過、去血水備用
- 將去血水的雞肉、薑片、牛蒡一起放入鍋中
- 加入清水淹過食材即可,中火煮滾
- 加入鹽及米酒,並小火燉煮25分鐘
- 最後5分鐘在加入蛤蜊即可(入鍋前蛤蜊要記得清洗乾淨喔)

- 辛香料可以隨自己喜好增加喔
