Instructions
- 將油, 蒜頭, 紅蘿蔔和香菇放入平底鍋,以小火拌炒至蒜頭略微呈現金黃色
- 加入白花椰菜和水,蓋上鍋蓋,小火燜煮15分鐘後即可盛盤
