- 1 基本刀具
- 1 電鍋
材料
主材料
- 3 顆 雞蛋
副材料
- 5 公克 香菇
- 5 公克 紅蘿蔔
調味料
- 100 公克 柴魚高湯
- 2 公克 昆布醬油
Instructions
- 將3顆蛋打散放入碗中,加入柴魚高湯和昆布醬油,過篩至可蒸煮的碗內
- 鍋內放入蒸盤和300c.c水
- 蓋上鍋蓋,小火蒸煮15分鐘
- 放入香菇和紅蘿蔔,再以小火續蒸3分鐘後即可盛盤
