
烏魚子炒雞蛋

- 2 顆 土雞蛋
副材料
- 10 公克 烏魚子
調味料
- 6 公克 橄欖油
- 2 公克 鹽
Instructions
- 烏魚子備好用量切片,準備一個大碗,將土雞蛋全部去殼入碗,加鹽備用。

- 熱鍋後倒入橄欖油中火,等油熱的過程先將打蛋,油熱後將蛋液倒入鍋中,一邊攪拌熱蛋液均勻受熱凝固。

- 將炒好的雞蛋裝盤,擺上切片好的烏魚子,用蛋的餘溫讓烏魚子回香,裝盤完成。

Notes
- 也可以把烏魚子切碎加入蛋液中
