- 100 g 豆皮
- 5 g 蔥

- 5 g 蒜頭
- 1 g 白芝麻
- 5 g 辣椒
調味料
- 1 醬油
- 1 美味極鮮露
- 1 麻油
- 5 橄欖油
- 10 蠔油
Instructions
- 1. 豆皮洗淨切段;蔥切段、蒜頭切片、辣椒切片備用。
- 2. 熱鍋下油,加入蔥、蒜、辣椒爆香,再加入豆皮拌炒。
- 3. 加入調味料(醬油、美籍鮮味露、麻油、蠔油),拌炒均勻即可起鍋。
Notes
2. 起鍋前再加入麻油,保留香氣。
