- 10 南瓜子
- 35 南瓜
- 80 白米
- 100 水
- 2 橄欖油
Instructions
- 1. 將南瓜子先泡隔夜。南瓜去皮切塊,白米洗淨備用。
- 2. 將南瓜子、白米放入電鍋內鍋中,加入水,再放上南瓜塊,按下煮飯。
- 3. 待電鍋跳起,悶15至20分鐘再打開電鍋,加入橄欖油翻拌即可盛盤。
Notes
2.煮完飯一定要悶15至20分鐘再打開翻拌,使米飯口感更佳。
