- 100 g 牛腱
副材料
- 10 g 蒜頭
- 20 g 洋蔥
- 1 片 月桂葉
- 30 g 馬鈴薯
- 2 g 百里香
調味料
- 10 g 橄欖油
- 2 g 鹽巴
- 10 g 磨碎黑胡椒
- 10 g 葡萄酒醋
- 60 g 水
- 10 g 醬油
Instructions
- 1.將主、附食材洗淨切塊備用。
- 2.取鍋熱油,將蒜頭百里香附入爆香後加入牛腱、黑胡椒粒炒香。
- 3.加入月桂葉、馬鈴薯、紅蘿蔔拌炒入味。
- 4.後加水加醬油,小火燉煮約60分鐘,裝盤完成。
