- 100 g 白帶魚
調味料
- 4 g 橄欖油
- 2 g 鹽
Instructions
- 1. 將主食材洗淨備用。
- 2.烤箱預熱10分鐘,200度,將白帶魚放上烤盤,淋上橄欖油,翻面,沾裹烤盤中的橄欖油,並灑上鹽巴,烤約15分鐘即可出爐。
Notes
2. 烘烤時間會因以下因素改變:魚肉的厚度、選用的部位(中間切,帶骨的部位較難熟,需延長烘烤時間)。
3. 自行切片白帶魚則尺寸約為7公分*3公分。
