- 120 g 黃/綠櫛瓜
調味料
- 1 g 義式香料
- 5 g 橄欖油
Instructions
- 1. 櫛瓜洗淨,切成0.3至0.5公分厚的圓片。
- 2. 進行蔬菜前處理:切好後,先用加了少許鹽巴的滾水燙15至20秒,再放入冰塊水中泡1分鐘,撈起瀝乾備用。
- 3. 放入烤箱中撒上香料,和雞腿一起烤(上下火,220度),烤30秒即可出爐。
- 4. 完成盛盤。
