• 240 g 空心菜
• 20 g 香菇
• 4 g 蒜頭
• 2 g 辣椒

調味料

• 8 g 油
• 2 g 鹽巴
• 2 g 米酒

Instructions

 

• 1.空心菜洗淨後切段備用
• 2.香菇洗淨切片，蒜頭洗淨切片，辣椒洗淨切片，調味料備妥備用。
• 3.香菇切片，蒜頭切片，辣椒切片備用
• 4.中火熱鍋加油加鹽，依序放入香菇、蒜頭、辣椒爆香
• 5.加入空心菜拌炒，至熟軟約兩分鐘，關火擺盤即可完成。
