- 240 菠菜

- 8 蒜頭
- 4 白芝麻

- 5 橄欖油
- 2 鹽巴
Instructions
- 1. 蒜頭洗淨切片,菠菜洗淨切段,進行蔬菜前處理:切好後,先用加了鹽巴的滾水燙10秒,再放入冰塊水中泡1分鐘,撈起擠乾備用。
- 2. 熱鍋,倒入橄欖油及鹽巴,加入蒜片爆香,再放入菠菜拌炒。
- 3. 盛盤時灑上白芝麻即可。
