
燕麥曲奇
設備
- 1 鋼盆
- 1 攪拌機
- 1 烤箱
- 1 烤盤
材料
- 1 顆 雞蛋
- 70 公克 燕麥
- 60 公克 葡萄乾
- 65 公克 中筋麵粉
- 60 公克 二砂糖
- 1/4 茶匙 小蘇打粉
- 1/4 茶匙 鹽
- 35 公克 無鹽奶油
Instructions
- 把燕麥片、麪粉、葡萄乾、小蘇打和鹽放入鋼盆中
- 準備另一個鋼盆,放入奶油和砂糖,用打蛋器打發,將蛋液分2次加入,攪打均勻。
- 準備一個烤盤鋪上烘焙紙,用勺子舀出面團,放在上面,將烘焙紙輕輕按壓,麵團間留有空格
- 烤箱提前預熱180度,烤約12~15分鐘即可
