材料
- 300 公克 豆芽
- 15 公克 紅蘿蔔
- 15 公克 韭菜
- 15 ml 米酒
- 2 公克 蒜
- 少許 黑胡椒
- 少許 香油
- 少許 鹽
Instructions
- 紅蘿蔔洗淨切絲、韭菜洗淨切段、豆芽洗淨、大蒜切碎備用
- 將鹽、米酒、黑胡椒混合備用,燒一鍋熱水簡單川燙豆芽備用
- 熱鍋後,加油爆香蒜碎後,加入紅蘿蔔拌炒,倒入鹽、米酒、黑胡椒,加入豆芽菜、韭菜段,炒熟即可起鍋
