• 300 公克 豆芽
• 15 公克 紅蘿蔔
• 15 公克 韭菜
• 15 ml 米酒
• 2 公克 蒜
• 少許 黑胡椒
• 少許 香油
• 少許 鹽

Instructions

 

• 紅蘿蔔洗淨切絲、韭菜洗淨切段、豆芽洗淨、大蒜切碎備用
• 將鹽、米酒、黑胡椒混合備用，燒一鍋熱水簡單川燙豆芽備用
• 熱鍋後，加油爆香蒜碎後，加入紅蘿蔔拌炒，倒入鹽、米酒、黑胡椒，加入豆芽菜、韭菜段，炒熟即可起鍋
