• 1 隻 老母雞
• 2600 公克 水

副食材

• 1 顆 牛番茄
• 0,5 顆 紫洋蔥
• 120 公克 西芹
• 120 公克 紅蘿蔔
• 0.5 顆 洋蔥
• 1 顆 蘋果

調味料

• 20 公克 薑
• 10 公克 蒜頭仁
• 2 片 月桂葉
• 5 公克 丁香
• 4 公克 黑胡椒粒
• 20 公克 青蔥

Instructions

 

• 老母雞先川燙血水跟雜質，在用水清洗乾淨
• 將副食材剖半或切大塊備用
• 將所有調味料入鍋炒香，炒香後加入水、老母雞、一起放置鍋內熬煮
• 大火煮滾後，轉小火，熬煮約1~2小時，將顏色及味道煮出來

1. 熬煮時間長短，可依湯品的顏色及味道做調整
