- 240 g 青江菜
- 5 g 枸杞
副材料
- 10 g 蒜頭
調味料
- 5 g 橄欖油
- 2 g 鹽巴
Instructions
- 1. 青江菜洗淨後切段。副材料準備:蒜頭切片、枸杞洗淨泡水備用。
- 2. 進行蔬菜前處理:先用加了鹽巴的滾水燙5秒,再放入冰塊水中泡1分鐘,撈起瀝乾備用。
- 3. 熱鍋倒入橄欖油,加入蒜片爆香後,再倒入切青江菜一起炒香約10秒,起鍋前加入枸杞炒一下即可起鍋。
- 4. 完成盛盤。
