- 100 g 三角油豆腐
副材料
- 5 g 蔥
- 5 g 蒜頭
- 2 g 辣椒
調味料
- 5 g 橄欖油
- 2 g 醬油
- 1 g 鹽巴
- 1 g 美極鮮醬油
- 20 g 水
- 2 g 香油
Instructions
- 1. 油豆腐洗淨,對切成兩塊。副材料洗淨,切蔥段、蒜片、辣椒片。
- 2.熱鍋,倒入橄欖油,加入蔥、 蒜片、辣椒爆香,加入鹽巴。
- 3.倒入油豆腐、醬油、水。
- 4.邊煮邊攪拌,煮至入味即可, 起鍋前滴入香油,完成盛盤
