- 1 砧板
- 1 電鍋
- 1 鋼盆
材料
- 250 公克 豬絞肉
- 3 塊 蔭瓜
- 1 大匙 蔭瓜汁
- 2 辦 蒜頭
- 10 公克 薑
- 20 公克 蔥
- 2 公克 米酒
Instructions
- 將蒜頭、薑切末;青蔥切成蔥花;蔭瓜切丁備用
- 取一鋼盆將蔥、薑、蒜、蔭瓜、蔭瓜汁、米酒及一點水與豬絞肉拌勻至有點黏性
- 準備電鍋,外鍋放2/3杯水,取一個乾淨的碗,將絞肉鋪平並在上方戳洞,待電鍋跳起即可
