- 半 顆 洋蔥
- 2 瓣 蒜頭
- 適量 印度咖哩粉
- 適量 水
Instructions
- 洋蔥切塊、蒜頭去皮切碎備用
- 將洋蔥、蒜頭爆香,加入咖哩粉炒香,加入牛肉翻炒幾下,加入水,待湯汁收濃後即可起鍋
